Good evening, folks. I hope everybody's doing well. This may be a short podcast, but I thought it was necessary to put it on the website. Although I've got other podcasts very similar to this. I want to specifically point to a certain area, and this can be called home ownership is a joke. I was looking at a tweet on X today, and a guy was a girl one of the two was bitching about $15,000 ahead of paying in taxes at the end of the year. Yeah, well, this is another situation. Another one where they've blindsided US and other one where they've fed us a line of shit and crap our entire lives until we believe that and if we really didn't dig into and think about it we just took it for granted. And we believe that, you know, what's the American dream you buy a home, okay. And a lot of people when they buy their home on a mortgage, they struggle to pay it off. Or they refinanced you know, from a 30 year for five year and they bust their ass to pay that home off. And what's the reason why because we've been told, you know, pay your home off and you're going to be better. Well, number one, it's never going to be your home. Okay, take that out of the equation. Pay the home off. You might be better. Yeah, you don't have a mortgage payment. But do you own what you're living in? Absolutely not. Because you do not own the land it sits on as long as you pay your taxes that government will allow you to live there. Like a tenant, but stop paying your taxes once and see what happens to that paid off my home. And what happens to it. It gets repossessed, and it's gone. They take everything from you. So, essentially, did you ever own that? Home? Can you ever own that home? No, absolutely not. So why would you struggle to pay something off? Which you can never own? Yes, I understand. You're all from under a mortgage payment. That is a good thing. Getting debt free. That is a good thing. But if you do it solely for the reason of saying, This is my home now I own it. That's a crock of shit. Because you never own it. The government owns the land it sits on unless you can pick that home off off the ground, ie mobile home. And that's why they disliked him so much. You can't take it with you. And you will never own the land it sits on Now where the hell did this happen? I don't know when we gave this right away but we did. You know back in the in the 1800s people could homestead a piece of land and it was theirs then included the land. Now you never own the land. You never own it. As long as you pay your taxes. They're gonna allow you to what's the right word? Just live there as a tenant. There's another word but I can't quite think of it right now. So you never own the house. So stop busting your ass. Get the longest effing mortgage you can get at the lowest effing rates you can get and just go on. Don't bust your ass and double up payments when that money could be going into your pocket. For something for you. Okay, unless you really have to get out from under a mortgage and then I understand that. But homeownership is a crock of shit. That term like many other terms in this world is facetious, it means nothing. It's false. Because you will never own that house. As long as it sits on a piece of land that your effing government owns. And you pay taxes. You will never own the home. Sorry people but yes, gotta start looking at reality. And start decoding these things for what they truly are. Sorry, again, have a good day, folks. Namaste. [powr-review id="bfef6c7f_1741108104"]
